You can join these tournaments directly from your PS4™ or PS5™ by following these steps as you play.

Compete for prizes in the PlayStation Plus Season of Play

PlayStation Tournaments is joining the PlayStation Plus Season of Play! Compete in your favorite sports games to win PlayStation Plus Premium vouchers. You’ll also have a shot at winning some PlayStation 5 hardware.

To participate, play in select EA Sports FC 24, NBA 2K24, Madden NFL 24, and MLB The Show 23 tournaments on your PS5 from December 12th to December 17th. Win a tournament, and you’ll rank on a leaderboard and increase your chances of taking home a one-month PlayStation Plus Premium voucher. Additionally, those in the NA and EU winning any Season of Play tournament bracket on their PS5 will earn a raffle entry for a PlayStation 5 console!

PS4 players can also participate in the Season of Play competition through EA Sports FC 24 and NBA 2K24. Those on PS4 will be able to compete in select Season of Play tournaments to try and claim a PS Plus Voucher as the first place prize.

How to play on PS5

To sign up on PS5, navigate to the Game Hub on your PS5 home screen and scroll down to the “Upcoming Tournaments” carousel. Select a tournament that fits your schedule, and select Register. A notification will appear when it is time to join your match. Results are automatically recorded, and winning matches will secure your place in the next round until you reach the final! Tournament details, including available prizes, will be listed on the tournament card!

How to play on PS4

To sign up on PS4, head to the events tab, select your game, and pick a tournament. You must link your ESL account to your PSN ID in order to sign up.

Notifications will appear when it is time to check in, as well as when it is time to join your tournament. Whether the tournament is a bracket or swiss-style, winning will push you closer to victory. Results are automatically recorded, and a notification will let you know when your next match is ready!
