All stages are tournament legal in the SoulCalibur VI Open Series. Players randomly select one every match.
Wall Combos and Breakable Walls
The phrase “back to the wall” exemplifies the situation when a player is literally pinned to the wall in SoulCalibur. Walls provide ample opportunities to extend combos and obliterate health. Depending on the stage some walls break, allowing for Ring Outs. Practice wall strings and any maneuvers that may help you avoid finding your back against the wall.
Ring Out
Having trouble chipping away at people’s health? Adding Ring Outs to your repertoire might be the solution! Knocking an opponent out of the arena instantly kills them and wins you the round. Some moves are designed to Ring Out from different directions. Be aware of different character’s Ring Out potential and utilize Air Control to ensure you’re not left hanging.
