Open Qualifier Format

Fight through one-on-one elimination brackets in your favorite fighting game. Every match is best of 3, so adapt to survive. The top 2 players from each qualifier will advance to the live crew battle portion for their region. Fight alongside other participants and against a FGC icon.

Finals Format

Get drafted and support your team live on PlayStation’s Twitch channel. The main event is a 5v5 Waseda style crew battle. Notable names will recruit you to their squad for an epic bout complete with fight cards.

Waseda-Style crew battles

Each qualified player will be drafted onto a 5 person team by a team captain. The players on each team choose a character and are character locked for the remainder of the crew battle. Players on each team will be blind picked and locked in their play order against players on the opposing team. The winning players will move on to the next round and play the opposing team in the same order. The losing players on each team will be eliminated. The winning team is determined when the opposing team is out of players.
