Tournament Format

Open Qualifiers for the Playmakers Cup will be available on PlayStation Tournaments for PS5 from November 8 to November 29. Winning any Open Qualifier qualifies a player for the Closed Final.

How to play on PS5

To sign up on PS5, navigate to the NBA 2K25 Game Hub on your PS5 home screen and scroll down to the “Upcoming Tournaments” carousel. Select a tournament that fits your schedule, and select Register. A notification will appear when it is time to join your match. Results are automatically recorded, and winning matches will secure your place in the next round until you reach the final! Tournament details, including available prizes, will be listed on the tournament card!
