Evo, the world’s most popular fighting game tournament, is expanding in a major way to Europe. This October, fighting game fans will have the chance to gather at Evo France in Nice to support the community and compete across a wide range of titles for a shot at the championship. 

To celebrate the debut of Evo France, PlayStation Tournaments is inviting players to participate in the first-ever Evo France Warm-Up tournaments. Channel your hype for this fall’s big FGC event with daily TEKKEN 8, Guilty Gear -Strive-, and FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves tournaments designed to test your skills and keep your twitch reflexes and muscle memory on point. 

Players who sign up and compete in Evo France Warm-Up tournaments from September 22 - October 12 will also be able to earn a limited-edition, commemorative PSN avatar.

How to play on PS5

To sign up on PS5, navigate to the Game Hub on your PS5 home screen and scroll down to the “Upcoming Tournaments” carousel. Select a tournament that fits your schedule and select Register. A notification will appear when it is time to join your match. Results are automatically recorded and winning matches will secure your place in the next round until you reach the final. Tournament details, including available prizes, will be listed on the tournament card. Visit our How-To pages.
