1. Access the match event page on PS4 (Players will be able to see it in the “My Events” tab on PS4).
2. Click the “Join Now” option to launch into the match.
3. Players select their characters.
4. The Players play the first Game of the Match.
5. The losing Player of the preceding Match may choose to change characters.
6. The next Game is played.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all subsequent Games until the Match is complete.
8. The result will be automatically submitted at the end of the match.
9. Save a screenshot proving the result in case a protest will be required.

Each team has 10 minutes to show up to a match. (scheduled match start time +10 minutes). Not showing up within 10 minutes results in a default loss. The player that is waiting must create a protest ticket.

Matches should start as soon as the players have an opponent in their round regardless of the start time showed on their match. The schedule shown in the match page is tentative.

Results are automatically submitted by the system at the end of the match.

• If any issues are encountered in a match, it’s the players responsibility to create a protest ticket and reach out to the admin team.
• In order to create a protest ticket, go to the match page in your PS4™ console and select the option “Go to Support Page”. You can also create a dispute using the ESL Play App or directly on the ESL Play website (https://play.eslgaming.com/protest/add).
• Players are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes. This can be done with screenshots of each victory or video replays uploaded to websites such as Youtube or Twitch.
