Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 2 shook the meta with new tools of destruction like the FARA 83 and a Machete to cut through the competition, but the LC10 is already a monster in Warzone. Here’s everything you need to know about the SMG’s attachments, class setups, and stats.
Is it Overpowered (OP)?
The LC10 is well-rounded with more range than the average submachine gun. Damage output is good, although not great. It’s also accurate and has an above average rate of fire. Slow sprint-out time and higher time to kill keep the LC10 from dominating the current meta.
How to get it
The LC10 is automatically unlocked at tier 31, or you can purchase the battle pass to get it faster.

Damage Profile
Similar to the FARA 83, the LC10 takes someone down in 5 to 7 shots (5 to 6 for the FARA), according to TheXclusiveAce.
There are no body multipliers, another similarity to the FARA, but it does have a headshot multiplier of 1.4, which is slightly larger than the FARA’s 1.25. That means you can kill someone with a few less shots if you hit them in the head from the right distance. Headshots don’t make a huge difference up close but from a further distance.
Rate of Fire and Bullet Velocity
This gun has the same rate of fire as the FARA at 800, which isn’t the best considering it’s an SMG. However it is still fairly competitive. The LC10 shines in the bullet velocity category. It has the fastest for an SMG and is one of the quickest in the game at 410m/s, second only to the AK74u at 500m/s.

LC10 Range
Range is the LC10’s strongest attribute. It has the best range in its class and can kill someone 60 meters away in 7 shots. You can even eliminate enemies in 6 shots from 51 meters away, which is unheard of for an SMG.
The Task Force barrel increases range by 50 percent, while the suppressors will shorten it in exchange for stealth. In hardcore mode, the gun is a one shot, one kill up to about 51 meters.
Sway, Hipfire, and Recoil
Like most SMGs, the LC10 features accurate hip fire. It might not sway much, however the recoil is rough. Fortunately, the recoil rate is fairly predictable (as shown below), so it’s not hard to compensate.

Handling Stats
The aim down sight time for this weapon is nothing special but it’s not terrible, at 275m/s. It also has the slowest sprint-out time of all the guns in its class. Reload time is at 1.65s, and with the Vandal Speed Loader you can get it down to 0.95s.
It’s a good gun for mobility as well, with no real detriments in that department.

How good is the LC10?
While it won’t outperform other SMGs when it comes to close quarters combat, this is a versatile weapon with some really interesting things going for it. The LC10 might be just what you’re looking for to get a taste of the SMG style with a little something else.
