Collect Kredits, cash, and Crowns to build the best class and become the face of war.

Warface’s items heavily impact gameplay. The Elite Crown Engineer Helmet, for example, regenerates 8 health points after 5 seconds of not getting hit. It also increases head protection by 70% and decreases flash bang effects by 40%.

Health doesn’t normally refill without the help of a Medic. This helmet also nullifies one hit kills to the head, giving users a chance to react and survive where the average player would instantly fall. Flashbangs disorient foes with screen and sound effects. Mitigating this weakness can turn the hunters into the hunted after assailants believe they’ve earned an easy flash kill.

Will equipment like the Elite Crown Engineer Helmet make players kings of the battlefield? The answer is no. However, they’ll start a few steps closer to victory and can confidently cruise through matches more aggressively than players wearing the default helmet.

Classes

Rifleman

  • Unlock: Default
  • Weapon: Assault Rifle (medium-range)
  • Specialty: Ammo Packs (refills ammunition)
  • Excels: Versatile and well suited for almost any situation, making them viable on every map.

Engineer

  • Unlock: Reach rank 5 and complete the Engineer tutorial
  • Weapon: Sub-Machine Gun (medium to short-range)
  • Specialty: Claymores and Armor kits (repair armor)
  • Excels: Keep your friends close to patch their armor and keep your enemies closer to fire your SMG. Secure your six or surprise enemy squads with claymores when they least expect it.

Sniper

  • Unlock: Default
  • Weapons: Sniper Rifles (long-range)
  • Specialty: None
  • Excels: Pick off foes from afar. Find a vantage point to keep the other team in check and communicate their position to your squad.

Medic

  • Unlock: Reach rank 3 and complete the Medic Training
  • Weapons: Shotguns (short-range)
  • Specialty: Defibrillator (revive squad) and Heal packs (restore health)
  • Excels: Support your team from the rear. Your shotgun erases enemies at short-range, but you don’t want to be on the frontlines. Healing and reviving your team significantly increases your chances of victory.

SED

  • Unlock: Default
  • Weapons: Heavy Machine Gun (infinite ammo, but can overheat) and Grenade Launcher
  • Specialty: Tank (has more health than other classes) and climbs obstacles alone (normally requires a teammate)
  • Excels: SED can sprint longer than any other class, despite their slow movement speed. Watch your back! Melee attacks are more effective against this class. Attack foes from medium range and always move around the map.

Item Shop

Improve your class with new weapons and equipment using in-game currency. You can also repair temporary weapons and equipment to use them in more matches. Items are available for permanent and timed purchases. Permanent purchases cost more currency, although they are worth it when you find a favorite weapon.

The featured items and sales selection rotate every few days.

Which Weapon and Equipment Should I Use?

Purchase the helmets, vests, gloves, and boots with the best stat boosts. While this usually means the most expensive options, there is a toss-up in some instances like with the Warlord Boots and the Open Cup Shoes. Both cost the same. However, on one hand, the shoes increase sprint speed by 10% and sprint distance by 50%, in addition to delaying claymores by 3 seconds.

While on the other hand, the boots increase sprint speed by 15% and stamina by 40%. Leg damage drops by 20%. If you struggle with claymores or want to run more, you’ll probably take the shoes. If you want to possibly increase the number of bullets required to kill you, then you might take the boots.

Neither is the wrong choice, so purchase items to suit your strengths.

Warface’s weapons feel and function similarly throughout the same class. Excel with the default SMG and you’re ready to pick up the Golden ACR CQB. Warface expert eXcuse covered the best free to play guns in-depth, including statistics and suggestions to secure victory.

Play online and rank up to unlock better frag, flash, and smoke grenade. Better grenades have improved duration and range.

All knives function the same way, except some look nicer, move faster, and deal more damage. Their stats are your best friend and will again help you decide which knife to purchase. Remember to be kind to your wallet.

Currency

Warface Dollars

Play Co-op, Versus, and Special Ops missions to earn Warface Dollars, then go on a shopping spree for weapons, armor, gear, and random boxes in the Item Shop. You can even spend dollars to repair items. Dollar Boosters multiply your cash earnings for even more moolah. Need more dough? Complete contracts (daily challenges like kill X number of players with Y class) or purchase Warface Dollars with Kredits.

Kredits

Enter competitions or pay with real money to earn premium Kredits. Spend Kredits on standard weapons, equipment, and more.

  • Boosters: Increase experience, leading to faster level ups and more rewards.
  • Resurrection Coins: Instantly respawn to help your team out of a pickle in Co-op and Special Operations missions.
  • Random Boxes: Risk your Kredits for rewards. You’ll either get lucky and win big or walk away with something less desirable. The surprise is part of the fun.
  • Skins: Go for scares or style. Skins are only for the aesthetic.

Crowns

Crowns are the most elite form of Warface currency. Complete Co-op missions for crowns to purchase the best equipment in the game. Grind higher kill scores and lower completion times to earn more Crowns. Note, you’ll only receive Crowns if you one-up your high score on any given mission. There’s a daily Crown cap per level, so master multiple missions or come back tomorrow to collect more Crowns.

Battle Pass and Daily Missions

Warface features the standard Battle Pass found in many free to play Battle Royale titles. The first ten levels are free, although you’ll have to shell out for the premium pass if you want the chance to unlock the remaining 90. Fight to unlock exclusive weapons, equipment, currency, and boosters.

Complete Daily Missions to increase your Battle Pass level and earn additional rewards. Missions are harder, unique versions of Contracts. There are even streaks for consecutive completions.

Now choose a class, eye some equipment, and conquer the conflict.
