Fundamentals and Frames
Djeeta is great for beginners. Fighting game YouTuber LordKnight exemplifies her ease. There aren’t any gimmicks or tricky mechanics to master. Simply put, she’s a balanced swordswoman with no glaring weaknesses or dominating traits. Double down on Djeeta and learn the fundamentals at the same time.
She has slightly more range than Gran at the cost of safety. Play footsies and poke players with her sword and projectiles, then slash down their defenses when they drop their guard or make a mistake.
Tricks, Tactics, and Taunts
Djeeta’s optimism and positivity are just as fun as her playstyle. Sweep under fast fireballs, time her massive anti-air, and charge her unique action a few levels to optimize your game.
Her projectile is slow. Charge it to eat other projectiles and then approach. Charging also allows follow-ups thanks to better frame data. Close the distance or go for grab mix-ups at short range. The stronger EX version triggers hard knockdowns. Use it to start corner combos.
Frame Traps and Corner Combos
Frame traps are inescapable moves. If an attack’s recovery is short and deals a lot of hit stun, you can continue to attack. Frame traps and combos are even easier in the corner thanks to the wall keeping your opponent in place. Every character needs to capitalize on corner combos to win.

Djeeta Vs Gran Comparison: How Do They Differ?
Gran and Djeeta are the male and female player avatars in Granblue Fantasy. They share the same stats and skills, but differ in Granblue Fantasy Versus similar to Ken and Ryu in Street Fighter. The closer you examine their moves and mechanics, the more you’ll notice their nuances like Djeeta’s lack of boots, stellar Skybound Art, longer range, and less safe moves. Her projectiles are also slower and multihit. Both are strong, balanced fighters. Pick one based on your preference.
